If you are having problems viewing our website please make sure of the following before contacting the Clerks Office.

  1. You must be running the latest version of Sun Microsystems  java Click here to gain additional information and download the latest version of Java.
  2. You must be running Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.1 or higher to view the images.  Click here to download.  After you download the reader you must install it.  So remember your download location.
  3.  Your internet browser must be up to date.  Click here to make sure you have all the latest updates loaded on your PC.
  4. Check your internet connection and ensure it is functioning properly. 
  5. As a last resort disable your firewall then try connecting again.  This will rule out your firewall's involvement (If you aren't sure how to disable the firewall please contact the software vendor, we cannot advise you on your specific product)   If you are behind a corporate firewall please contact your technical staff.    If you have Windows XP with Service Pack 2, click here to find out how to disable your built in firewall.
